HEALTH COACHES ARE CHANGE AGENTS.

FAQs

What is a health coach?

A health coach is a person who is formally trained to support and empower their clients to make the positive changes that they desire most.

What does a health coach do?

A health coach creates a healthy, safe space for their client to be seen and heard. Health coaches listen a lot, ask thought-provoking questions, provide reflective feedback and at times, guidance and/or resources the clients requests and needs.

What exactly am I committing to?

Change. That’s it. You are committing to showing up and doing the work.

That being said, 6 months is the optimal amount of time needed to create lasting change. I have seen clients make significant change in 3 months, so I also offer 3 months packages, which is my minimum commitment for new clients.

What does it look like to work with you?

Welcoming. Safe. Professional.
Client-Driven. Vision-Based. Goal-Oriented.

You will guide our time together. We will meet for a 3–6-month time frame either in person, over the phone or via Zoom for 45 minutes weekly or biweekly. You can reach me by email or text outside of our scheduled session time.

I will be fully present, on time, and ready to honor your time.

What areas can you help me in?

ANY TRUE HEALTH is all encompassing.

I have walked alongside clients as they set and achieved:
• exercise goals
• diet goals
• organizing and decluttering goals
• mended broken relationships
• refind their voice
• overhauled their entire schedules
• reduced stress
• how to adjust lifestyles to a new diagnosis
