CROCKPOT CHEESEBURGER SOUP
Back with another tried-and-true crockpot recipe…
CHEESEBURGER SOUP
Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef
1 clove garlic minced or 1 TBSP garlic powder
2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 -2 cup fresh diced tomatoes or 1 can of diced tomatoes
1 small white onion diced
½ cup diced dill pickles
1 cup diced celery
1-2 cups of diced potatoes
3 cups of beef or chicken broth
1/3 cup of nutritional yeast (add more for a cheesier flavor)
1 TBSP dried parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup water
2 cups of almond milk
Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the garlic. Once browned, add in the dijon mustard and mix. Place in crockpot.
Add all other ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
