CROCKPOT CHEESEBURGER SOUP

Back with another tried-and-true crockpot recipe…

CHEESEBURGER SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of ground beef

  • 1 clove garlic minced or 1 TBSP garlic powder 

  • 2 TBSP dijon mustard 

  • 1 -2 cup fresh diced tomatoes or 1 can of diced tomatoes 

  • 1 small white onion diced

  • ½ cup diced dill pickles 

  • 1 cup diced celery

  • 1-2 cups of diced potatoes 

  • 3 cups of beef or chicken broth 

  • 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast (add more for a cheesier flavor)

  • 1 TBSP dried parsley 

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 cups of almond milk 


Instructions:

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the garlic. Once browned, add in the dijon mustard and mix. Place in crockpot. 

  • Add all other ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
