ZUCCHINI ONE-PAN SKILLET
Hey y’all!
I’m not southern. I was actually born and raised in upstate New York, but have always found this greeting so kind and welcoming, so I went with it.
Tried and true recipes are my favorite to share.
If I have not made the recipe, it will not be on my site.
This zucchini one-pan skillet is a family favorite, and I share this recipe with everyone I know. There are literally 3 directions and I follow them to-the-T. I have played with the ingredient a bit though. I use traditional canned tomatoes, and I have adjusted the spices to my family’s spice tolerance. I have served as it, or with a side of avocado, and my girls love it served with rice or chips.
